Welcome to Kampong Cham Province, Cambodia
Kampong Cham Province, Cambodia's third largest city of the same name and the capital. Phnom Penh is located near the Mekong River and opposite (123 km) and an important center of Vietnam, Kampong Cham has been trade and transport. Phnom Penh's roads are in good condition, you can in the car or boat bullets are less than two hours to reach the city's main mode of transport in the Mekong River. Either way, it is a gesture of goodwill, overlooking the countryside or rural river, according to the way you walk.

The town itself is quaint and charming, bustling morning river and its wide streets Riverside Avenue. There are also a number of attractions, worth close it by boat or by road, Kratie, Mondulkiri, Ratanakiri and position on the road in Stung Treng province on; this is a great breakthrough. Kampong Cham is a mix of old and new, and the construction of the new temple and the ancient ruins around and take people and goods across the Mekong River, a large building next to the ferry first ever bridge was built here.

Because there is little foreign investment and no mass tourism (almost every foreigner who comes here is a backpacker), this city is very poor, there are few modern buildings, but does not lack in the French colonial era building. It is similar to many other cities in Cambodia is quite dirty, garbage everywhere. Kampong Cham town are very friendly and open to visitors. If the last item seems to have improved the state of things here (relative to other cities in Cambodia) recalled afternoon Hun Sen and former Phnom Penh Governor Frank Spike are from this province.
